Payment Methods

Last Updated: October 12, 2026
Currency: United States Dollar (USD)

Regions Covered: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Portugal, and Australia.

Crafthomed, operated by CRAFTHOMED LLC, aims to provide customers with a clear, secure, and straightforward checkout experience when purchasing Tissue Boxes through our official website.

This Payment Methods Policy explains the payment methods that may be available at checkout, when customers are charged, how transactions may be verified, how shipping charges and taxes appear, and how approved refunds are returned.

Unless otherwise stated, product prices, shipping charges, applicable taxes collected through checkout, order totals, and refunds are displayed and processed in United States Dollars (USD).

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Crafthomed accepts the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Depending on availability, these may include:

  • Major credit cards
  • Major debit cards
  • PayPal, where available
  • Other supported online payment methods displayed at checkout

Only payment methods actually shown during checkout should be considered available for a particular transaction.

Payment options may vary depending on:

  • Customer country
  • Billing location
  • Card issuer
  • Payment provider
  • Device or browser
  • Checkout configuration
  • Security requirements
  • Temporary payment-service availability

2. Credit and Debit Card Payments

Where card payments are available, customers may use eligible credit or debit cards supported by the checkout system.

The payment process may require:

  • Cardholder name
  • Card number
  • Expiration date
  • Billing address
  • Billing ZIP or postal code
  • CVV or security code
  • Additional authentication where required

Payment approval is controlled by the customer's bank, card issuer, and applicable payment provider.

Crafthomed cannot override a transaction declined by an independent financial institution.

3. Payment Information Storage

Crafthomed does not store complete credit or debit card numbers or CVV security codes on its own systems.

Sensitive payment information is processed through secure third-party payment infrastructure.

Customers should enter payment credentials only through the official Crafthomed checkout.

4. Additional Payment Verification

Certain transactions may require additional verification.

Depending on the payment provider or issuing bank, verification may include:

  • Billing-address verification
  • ZIP or postal-code verification
  • CVV verification
  • 3-D Secure
  • Strong Customer Authentication
  • Banking-app confirmation
  • One-time authentication
  • Fraud-prevention screening

If required verification cannot be completed, the payment may be declined.

5. PayPal

Where PayPal is displayed during checkout, customers may use an eligible PayPal account to complete payment.

PayPal transactions are subject to PayPal's own:

  • Account requirements
  • Funding-source rules
  • Authentication procedures
  • Security reviews
  • Transaction policies

If a PayPal transaction remains pending, Crafthomed may wait until payment is successfully confirmed before beginning fulfillment.

6. Other Online Payment Methods

Additional payment services may occasionally be available during checkout.

These providers may have their own:

  • Eligibility requirements
  • Account rules
  • Transaction limits
  • Verification procedures
  • Privacy practices
  • Security requirements

If a payment method does not appear during checkout, it should not be considered available for that transaction.

7. When Payment Is Submitted

Payment is submitted when the customer completes checkout and places an order.

An order normally moves into processing after payment has been:

  • Authorized; or
  • Successfully confirmed

After checkout, Crafthomed may send an order confirmation to the email address provided by the customer.

Receiving an order confirmation does not mean that the order has already shipped.

8. Order Review After Payment

A successful payment does not prevent an order from undergoing ordinary review before fulfillment.

Crafthomed may review:

  • Payment status
  • Billing information
  • Shipping information
  • Product availability
  • Order quantity
  • Delivery eligibility
  • Fraud-prevention information

An order may be temporarily held, declined, or canceled if a legitimate problem is identified.

If Crafthomed cancels a paid order that cannot be fulfilled, the eligible amount will be returned to the original payment method.

9. Billing Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate billing information.

Depending on the payment method, this may include:

  • Full name
  • Billing address
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Payment information
  • Other details required by the payment provider

Where verification is required, billing information should match the records associated with the payment account.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in:

  • Payment decline
  • Transaction delay
  • Additional verification
  • Order cancellation

10. Fraud Prevention

Crafthomed may conduct reasonable fraud-prevention reviews.

Additional review may occur when:

  • Payment information cannot be verified
  • Billing and shipping information appear inconsistent
  • Multiple failed payment attempts occur
  • Multiple transactions are submitted within a short period
  • Customer information is incomplete
  • A payment provider flags the transaction
  • Unauthorized use is suspected

These reviews are intended to help protect customers and reduce fraudulent transactions.

11. Information We May Request

For an ordinary order-verification request, Crafthomed may ask for information such as:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Email address
  • Billing address
  • Shipping address
  • Telephone number
  • Confirmation of products ordered

Crafthomed will not normally ask customers through ordinary email to provide:

  • Full credit or debit card number
  • CVV or CVC
  • Banking password
  • PayPal password
  • Payment-account password
  • One-time authentication code

12. Product Pricing

Crafthomed sells Tissue Boxes through its online store.

Product pricing may vary depending on factors such as:

  • Design
  • Size
  • Material
  • Finish
  • Construction
  • Product details

Customers should rely on the price displayed on the applicable product page and checkout at the time the order is placed.

13. Currency

Crafthomed processes transactions in:

United States Dollars (USD)

This includes:

  • Product prices
  • Shipping charges
  • Applicable amounts collected through checkout
  • Order totals
  • Approved refunds

14. Currency Conversion

If a customer's bank account or payment method is denominated in another currency, the financial institution may convert the USD transaction.

Crafthomed does not control:

  • Foreign-exchange rates
  • Currency-conversion fees
  • Foreign-transaction charges
  • International card-processing charges
  • Bank fees

These costs may appear separately on the customer's statement.

15. Checkout Summary

Before submitting payment, customers should review the complete checkout summary.

Depending on the order, this may show:

  • Product subtotal
  • Promotional discount
  • Shipping charge
  • Sales tax
  • VAT
  • GST
  • Duties where collected
  • Other disclosed charges
  • Final amount due

The final order total is shown before payment is submitted.

16. United States Shipping Charge

For eligible orders shipped within the United States:

Standard Shipping: USD 14.99

Free standard shipping is available for:

Orders of USD 499 or more

Applicable sales tax may be calculated and displayed during checkout where legally required.

17. Canada Shipping Charge

For eligible Canadian orders:

Standard Shipping: USD 24.99

Free standard shipping is available for:

Orders of USD 599 or more

Applicable taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or customs-processing charges may apply.

18. United Kingdom & Europe Shipping Charge

This region includes:

  • United Kingdom

  • Germany
  • Spain
  • Italy
  • Belgium
  • Portugal

Standard Shipping: USD 29.99

19. Australia Shipping Charge

For eligible Australian orders:

Standard Shipping: USD 39.99

Free standard shipping is available for:

Orders of USD 799 or more

Applicable GST, duties, or customs-related charges may apply.

20. Free Shipping Calculation

Unless a promotion specifically states otherwise:

  • Free-shipping eligibility is calculated using the eligible product subtotal after discounts
  • Taxes do not count toward the threshold
  • Duties do not count toward the threshold
  • Shipping charges do not count toward the threshold
  • Separate orders cannot be combined
  • Free shipping applies to standard shipping only

The shipping amount displayed during checkout is the amount that applies to the order.

21. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax may be calculated and collected during checkout where required.

If Crafthomed collects sales tax, the amount will be displayed as part of the order total before payment.

Tax treatment may vary depending on the shipping destination and applicable requirements.

22. International Taxes and Duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to:

  • VAT
  • GST
  • Import duties
  • Brokerage charges
  • Customs-processing fees
  • Other destination-country charges

If Crafthomed collects a particular charge during checkout, it will be shown before payment is completed.

23. Charges Not Collected at Checkout

If a particular tax, duty, brokerage charge, or customs amount is not collected by Crafthomed, it may be collected separately by:

  • Carrier
  • Customs authority
  • Brokerage provider
  • Government agency

Crafthomed does not control independently imposed charges from these third parties.

24. Pricing Errors

Although we work to keep website pricing accurate, an obvious technical or administrative error may occasionally occur.

If a material pricing error is identified before fulfillment, Crafthomed may:

  • Contact the customer
  • Correct the error
  • Allow the customer to decide whether to proceed
  • Cancel the affected order
  • Refund the eligible payment

We will not intentionally substitute a materially different transaction price without addressing the error.

25. Promotional Discounts

Crafthomed may occasionally offer:

  • Discount codes
  • Sale pricing
  • Product promotions
  • Bundle offers
  • Minimum-purchase promotions

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes must be applied before checkout is completed.

Discounts generally cannot be added retroactively after an order has already been placed.

26. Declined Payments

A transaction may be declined because of:

  • Incorrect payment details
  • Expired card
  • Insufficient funds
  • Insufficient available credit
  • Billing-address mismatch
  • Incorrect ZIP or postal code
  • Bank security restrictions
  • International transaction restrictions
  • Incomplete authentication
  • Fraud-prevention controls
  • Payment-provider restrictions

If payment is declined, the order is not normally confirmed.

27. What to Do if Payment Is Declined

Customers may:

  • Check payment information
  • Verify the billing address
  • Confirm available funds or credit
  • Complete required authentication
  • Contact the issuing bank
  • Try another payment method displayed during checkout

Crafthomed cannot override a decline issued by a bank or payment provider.

28. Pending Transactions

A transaction showing as Pending does not always mean the payment has been completed.

A bank or payment provider may temporarily authorize an amount while a transaction is processed.

If the payment does not complete, the authorization may:

  • Be released
  • Be voided
  • Expire automatically

The financial institution determines when the funds become available again.

29. Duplicate Pending Authorizations

Multiple checkout attempts may occasionally create multiple pending authorizations.

Multiple pending amounts do not necessarily mean Crafthomed collected multiple completed payments.

If you believe a duplicate completed transaction occurred, contact Crafthomed Support.

30. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once for the same intended transaction, contact Crafthomed.

Please provide:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Email address used during checkout
  • Transaction date
  • Transaction amount
  • Screenshot or transaction reference where useful

For a card transaction, you may provide the final four digits of the card.

Do not send the complete card number or CVV.

31. Order Cancellation Refunds

Cancellation requests are governed by our Cancel My Order / Cancellation Policy.

Customers may request cancellation within:

24 hours after placing the order

provided the order has not progressed beyond a stage where fulfillment can reasonably be stopped.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee approval.

32. Cancellation Refund Processing

After an eligible cancellation is approved, Crafthomed normally submits the refund within:

7 business days after cancellation approval

The refund is normally returned to the original payment method.

The customer's bank or payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears.

33. Return Refunds

Returns after delivery are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligibility may depend on:

  • Return reason
  • Product condition
  • Return authorization
  • Missing components
  • Customer-caused damage
  • Whether return instructions were followed

Customers should review the Return & Refund Policy before shipping a product back.

34. Refund Method

Approved monetary refunds are normally returned to the:

Original payment method used for the purchase

For example:

Credit or debit card: Original card
PayPal: Original PayPal transaction
Other supported payment service: Original payment transaction

Refunds generally cannot be redirected to:

  • Another person's account
  • A different card
  • An unrelated bank account
  • A different payment method

35. Refund Currency

Approved refunds are processed in:

United States Dollars (USD)

If the customer's financial institution originally converted the USD transaction into another currency, the local-currency refund amount may differ because of:

  • Exchange-rate changes
  • Currency-conversion fees
  • Bank policies
  • Payment-provider policies

Crafthomed does not control these differences.

36. Refund Posting Time

Crafthomed's refund-processing period and the financial institution's posting period are separate.

After Crafthomed submits an approved refund, the bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear.

Crafthomed cannot control or accelerate an independent financial institution's processing schedule.

37. Payment Method Fees

Crafthomed does not add an undisclosed surcharge simply because a customer selects a standard payment method available during checkout.

However, an independent financial institution may charge:

  • Foreign-transaction fees
  • Currency-conversion fees
  • International-processing fees
  • Account-specific charges

Those fees are controlled by the customer's bank or payment provider.

38. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe there is a problem involving:

  • Payment
  • Order
  • Shipping
  • Delivery
  • Cancellation
  • Return
  • Refund

you may contact Crafthomed so the issue can be reviewed.

Customers retain their rights to contact their bank, card issuer, or payment provider where appropriate.

39. Chargeback Records

If a formal payment dispute or chargeback is opened, Crafthomed may provide relevant records to the payment provider.

These may include:

  • Order information
  • Payment records
  • Customer communications
  • Shipping information
  • Tracking information
  • Delivery records
  • Cancellation records
  • Return records
  • Refund records
  • Applicable store policies

Nothing in this policy removes a customer's legitimate right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge.

40. Fraudulent or Abusive Payment Activity

Crafthomed may delay, decline, or cancel a transaction where there is a reasonable concern involving:

  • Unauthorized payment
  • Suspected fraud
  • Identity mismatch
  • Deliberately false information
  • Suspicious transaction activity
  • Repeated abusive payment disputes

If a paid order is canceled after review, the eligible amount will be returned to the original payment method.

41. Transaction Security

Crafthomed uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to help protect payment-related information.

These may include:

  • SSL/TLS encrypted website connections
  • Secure third-party payment processing
  • Payment-provider security controls
  • Fraud-monitoring tools
  • Restricted access measures

No internet-based payment system can guarantee absolute security.

42. Sensitive Payment Information

Do not send the following through ordinary email:

  • Complete card number
  • CVV or CVC
  • Banking password
  • PayPal password
  • Payment-account password
  • One-time authentication code

Crafthomed Support does not require these credentials to investigate a normal order issue.

43. One-Time Purchases

Unless a product page and checkout clearly state otherwise, Crafthomed Tissue Box purchases are:

One-time transactions

Purchasing a Tissue Box does not automatically enroll the customer in:

  • Subscription billing
  • Recurring charges
  • Automatic renewal

Any future recurring-payment service would require separate disclosure before enrollment.

44. Product Information Before Payment

Before completing checkout, customers should review the individual Tissue Box listing.

Relevant information may include:

  • Dimensions
  • Material
  • Color
  • Finish
  • Opening design
  • Refill method
  • Included components
  • Product care
  • Current price

Customers should not assume a feature is included if it is not shown or described on the product page.

45. Transparency

Crafthomed aims to make material transaction information available before customers complete payment.

This includes:

  • Product price
  • Product information
  • Shipping charges
  • Free-shipping thresholds
  • Available payment methods
  • Applicable taxes where collected
  • Return conditions
  • Cancellation conditions
  • Customer-support information

Customers should review the complete checkout summary before submitting payment.

46. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Payment Methods Policy is intended to remove or restrict rights that cannot legally be waived.

Customers may have additional protections depending on their state, country, or jurisdiction.

Where applicable law provides greater protection, the mandatory legal requirement takes priority.

47. Related Crafthomed Policies

This Payment Methods Policy should be read together with our:

  • Shipping Policy
  • Cancel My Order / Cancellation Policy
  • Return & Refund Policy
  • Privacy Policy
  • Terms of Service

Each policy covers a different part of the transaction.

48. Changes to This Policy

Crafthomed may update this Payment Methods Policy when:

  • Payment methods change
  • Checkout functionality changes
  • Shipping rates change
  • Free-shipping thresholds change
  • Refund procedures change
  • Security practices change
  • Business operations change
  • Legal requirements change

When a revised version is published, the Last Updated date at the top of this page will be updated.
